We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can submit a product return request directly in our online store or contact us at contact@kristinecelestine.com. After you submit a return request, we will approve or decline the request. It can take about 1-3 business days to process a return request. 

If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how to move forward with this process. The customer will provide return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Return Shipping Timeline and Process

Return requests take about 1-3 business days to be processed. Once the order has been approved to be returned, the customer has 30 days from the date of approval of the return request to ship the item. If the approved return item has not been shipped within the proper timeframe, the return request will be canceled and the customer will not be refunded. The customer will have to open a new return request to start the process of returning an item and receiving a refund, if approved. 

If the approved return item has been shipped within the proper timeframe, 30 days after the return request has been accepted, we will inspect the item and approve the refund, minus the shipping cost, if the item was returned properly once we receive it. 

We understand that shipping times are different depending on where the item is being shipped from. Orders within the U.S. usually take about 3-7 business days to be delivered. Orders outside of the U.S. usually take longer, ranging from 8-20 days. We recommend customers to ship the item as soon as possible. If a shipped returning item is taking longer than 30 days to be delivered to us, we will address these on a case-by-case basis. We will investigate and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kristinecelestine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, seeds, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products from our Jewelry, Custom & Personalized, and Seeds collections. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded the original amount minus the shipping cost. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
