Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We will send an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order has been shipped and is on its way! 

STORE PICKUP 

We do not allow store pickups. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

At this time, we do not allow local deliveries. 

SHIPPING 

Orders take about 1-3 business days to be processed. U.S. orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. International orders are shipped depending on your shipping provider. Orders outside of the U.S. are usually shipped within 8-20 business days. For example, your shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping Option for the U.S.:

Free Shipping for the U.S. only when the order total equals at least $35. 

Delivery Times for U.S. Domestic Shipping: 

U.S. orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

  • Canada

Delivery times for international shipping:

Delivery timelines can range from 8 to 20 days for international shipping due to the order's destination, distance, carrier provider, and shipping delays. Expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. 

Import Duties and Taxes: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kristine Celestine LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once a return request is accepted and received, the customer will receive the original amount minus shipping costs. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will provide return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kristinecelestine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
